AI Chatbot Developer for Car and Jet Ski Rental Business

<p><b>Position Overview</b>: We are seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer to design and implement a chatbot solution for our car and jet ski rental company. The chatbot will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and facilitate sales transactions, providing a seamless customer experience while improving operational efficiency. <br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b>: - Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot capable of managing customer inquiries and processing rental bookings and sales. <br>- Integrate the chatbot with key communication platforms such as WhatsApp, website live chat, and social media messaging platforms.<br> - Ensure the chatbot supports multilingual responses to cater to a diverse customer base.<br> - Develop an intuitive conversation flow for inquiries about rentals, pricing, availability, policies, and location details.<br> - Enable the chatbot to facilitate secure payment processing and provide order confirmations.<br> - Integrate the chatbot with internal systems, such as booking calendars, inventory management, and CRM tools. <br>- Ensure the chatbot supports signing and sharing rental contracts or waivers. <br>-Continuously train and optimize the chatbot with AI/ML capabilities for improved accuracy and customer satisfaction. <br>- Provide post-deployment support and regular updates to improve performance.<br><br><b> Qualifications</b>: - Proven experience in developing AI-based chatbots using frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar. - Strong knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). - Experience in integrating chatbots with payment gateways and backend systems. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. - Familiarity with CRM tools and calendar booking systems is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and documentation skills. <br><br><b>Preferred Skills</b>: - Experience in chatbot deployment for e-commerce or service-oriented businesses. - Knowledge of multilingual chatbot development. - Familiarity with rental business operations is an advantage. <br><br><b>Language</b>: Russian and English preferred <br><b>Location:</b> Remote</p>
